Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Vizalgo SAS for the use of the Arfaja app. By using the app you accept them. Company details: legal notice.

What Arfaja is, and what it is not

• Arfaja shows where satellites saw the desert turn green in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, with the date of each picture, and the rain that fell, estimated from satellites.
• It is not a navigation or safety tool. It does not know the state of roads or tracks. The rain layer is an estimate, not a flood warning. Wadis can flood after rain: follow the official warnings.
• Seen, not promised. A place shown green was green in the picture of the date shown. It may not be green today. Clouds and missed passes can leave the data several days old.

The subscription

• Arfaja Plus is a yearly subscription sold by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), under their terms. The price is the one your store shows before you confirm.
• It renews automatically each year until you cancel it.
• Free trial: when your store offers it, the first days are free; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts.
• Cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep the paid features until the end of the year already paid. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Restore your subscription on a new phone with "Restore purchases", signed in to the same store. There is no Arfaja account, so a subscription bought on iPhone cannot move to Android, or the other way round.
• Refunds are requested from the store that sold the subscription.
• On iPhone, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies.

Where Arfaja is offered

Arfaja is not offered in the Occupied Palestinian Territories and does not show places there.
