Privacy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
In short: no account, no advertising, no analytics. The app never sends your position. Fully offline, nothing leaves your phone. If you join the "first green" list, we keep your email until the list ends, then delete it.
Who is responsible
Vizalgo SAS (France) decides how this data is used. Contact: contactarfaja.com. Company details: legal notice.
This website
We set no cookies and use no audience measurement. Our host Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site. The sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; it checks your browser, not your identity.
The "first green" list
- What we keep: your email address, the language of the page you joined from, the dates you joined and confirmed, which version of the sign-up line you agreed to, and which of our emails you were sent. Not your IP address.
- Why: to send what you asked for: a confirmation email, then two emails at most, the first green our pictures show in the season in progress, and the app's launch. Nothing else. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- How long: an address not confirmed within 7 days is deleted. The list is deleted 30 days after its second email. If the app is in the stores before any green is seen, and no green is seen by 30 April, the list is deleted on 31 May without another email. If the app never reaches the stores, the list is deleted on 31 December 2027 at the latest. We keep only a count of sign-ups per day, without any address.
- Unsubscribing: every email has a link. Your address is then deleted; we keep only a scrambled code made from it (a keyed hash), so nobody can add your address again without you confirming, until the list itself is deleted. If you unsubscribe with the button your mail app shows, Brevo keeps your address on its list of addresses not to email.
- Who processes it: Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Brevo SAS in France (sending the emails).
The app
- Your position stays on your phone. If you allow location, the app uses it on the phone to measure distances and directions. It never sends your position to us.
- Maps online. When the app loads map pictures from our server (run by Cloudflare), the server sees which map areas your phone asks for, with your IP address. [TO FILL: what is logged and for how long, checked before publication.]
- Purchases. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment details. RevenueCat, which checks subscriptions for us, sees an anonymous ID made by the app and your IP address.
- Google Maps and Apple Maps. When you open a place in one of them, the app gives them that place's coordinates; their app then works under its own privacy policy.
- Saved places and downloaded regions stay on your phone. There is no account; the app keeps nothing of yours on our server.
- Offline, nothing leaves your phone.
